Hire Charges

 Our hire charges are per day. For an up-to-date price list please contact our General Manager. You can get access to the venue from 8am on the morning of the hire. There is some flexibility regarding delivery and collection of tables and chairs, with deliver on the Friday and collection on the Monday by arrangement. There may also be an opportunity for limited set up the day before. Our General Manager will be able to provide you with more details on booking the venue

 Payment terms

50% of all hire charges must be settled three months before the date of the event and the balance paid three weeks prior to the date of the event. We accept payment by bank transfer details of which can be found on the front page of the contract. We take a £600 non-returnable booking deposit which together with the signed contract secures your preferred date. The deposit is kept until after the event against any damage and bar staff costs. A statement of account will be provided with the final invoice.



Cancellation terms

Bookings cancelled between 90 and 21 days prior to the event will be subject to a charge of 25% of the total hire cost. Bookings cancelled after 21 days before the event will be subject to the total room hire cost.

Personal belongings or food left after an event

We cannot take responsibility for personal belongings left behind. Our staff check the venue at the end of an event and put to one side any personal items they may find, but we are not responsible their safe-keeping for more than 2 days after an event. Any food left in our fridges will be disposed of no more than 2 days after the event. Customers are welcome to return the day after an event to collect decorations, gifts, flowers and food.
